These are my people and they have actually done a lot for our governments. What we need today is for governments to support the local authorities to learn or find a way to generate funds for local developments. The truth is that my people just as all people in Ghana are going economic challenges and anytime you make such pronouncements as a top government official there has to be some actions on the ground. We need to start a new dialogue about taxation and development. We need good roads, good drinking water, good education, affordable healthcare system, electricity and communication and jobs but how do we generate incomes to enjoy those things we need.
