Our reason? They will insult you and may even harm you or better still set you up for failure if you dare support Allan in the open.
A clear example is how the NDC is seemingly unpopular in Kumasi YET have their votes increasing in any election with Nana Akuffo Addo.

In the unlikely event that Nana is not able to win as president, he will still never support Allan because of the disrespect he gave Nana. In this case, Nana once again will antagonize Allan by throwing his weight behind a different candidate who will certainly be Bawumia. Its therefore an advise for Allan to step down and show respect to Nana to enhance his chances of leading the party in the near future.
