He believes that if his party's able to register as many minors as possible, he's likely to realize his ambition of becoming president of Ghana at all cost. If the Supreme Court could not help him steal the mandate of the people in 2012, this is a better strategy, I presume. Fortunately, it's only God who makes kings and I'm sure that after the sudden death of Prof. Mills, Akuffo Addo expected to easily win the elections given that it all happened in an election year. Unfortunately it didn't work in his favor. Registration of minors will NOT help you become president if you have not been chosen. A word to the wise is enough.
