Will the executives come up with honest reports? Will they attend the houses in pairs? What if they are not allowed access? Will they inspect the voters ID cards? Is this a voluntary mission or will they be paid? Can we ensure their safety? When should this exercise commence? After the street naming and post coding? What about overseas votes? Who is going to verify those Embassy staff, overseas students, peace-keeping troops, those on vacation, proxy voters, etc.
