    The learned Judge did not find it fit to take on some African names never mind Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah showed the way! He's got to be one of the resettled freed slaves landed in the then Gold Coast!! Only that makes sense!!

    The weight of a particular evidence is rather determined by its probative value and not how a witness reacts to a question.

    The weight of evidence is determined among other things demeanour which means perception,memory,narration,and sincerity.To determine the probative value evidence the witness reaction to questioning is very important.

    Yes they are so supposed to be very objective but are they? Justice Atuguba seems to be biased following his questioning during the trial.
    I dont trust Ghanaian judges for a day, they are all corrupt and partisan.
