The NPP is now making it look like the case is about shortcomings or what went wrong in the electioneering process.
Yeah, the EC's work needs polishing up and Ghana stands to gain from any changes to the electioneering process on the basis of findings from this petition.
However, the big question is -- what are the charges of the petitioners, and what are they seeking?
They are accusing the EC of conniving with JDM to rig the elections in the latter's favour; and are therefore seeking annulment of a chunk of the votes cast so that the remainder would make Nana Addo the "winner"!
Ridiculous!
IMHO, such relief cannot be granted on the grounds of POSSIBILITIES of rigging that HAVE NOT BEEN PROVEN, in favour of ANY of the candidates that CANNOT BE PROVEN, and the ASSUMPTION of the "rigging" being in favour of the winner of the elections JDM.

By challenging the 2012 electoral results at the courts of justice the NPP has allowed us to undoubtedly unearthed the diabolical work of this dirty ethnocentric Afari Djan who at the blind site of all had indeed been appointing and imposed Presidents of his pay masters for us all these while.
The NPP had so far done very-very well for diving deep into research and investigations to make bare the diabolical acts of the "almighty" untouchable old crook Afari Djan to bring to the public and the Supreme Court shocking reliably evidence which proves undoubtedly that Afari Djan had all the time undermined the national constitution, deprived us of our choice of elected President and most seriously denied us our constitutional human rights to vote and to elect our governments with the horrendous wicked attempt to send our country to yet another Africa bloody political war.
That is absolutely treasonable and Afari Djan must be arrested and possibly prosecute him for undermining the laws of the land and bringing our peaceful democratic practices into dispute capable of sending us to another despicable bloody ways of Kenya and Ivory Coast.
He's proved to be incompetent, demonic and highly treacherous to handle the Electoral Commission with his criminal ethnocentric intents that has unfortunately contributed to the huge divided nation which was once proudly united, peaceful and enjoyable country, Ghana.

All these serial numbers on envelopes and EC is exposed etc will not hold water. Has the biometric device got a switch? and what have you are all not relevant to this case. You imagine you are the CEO of a printing company and you are being asked how the machine works you may not know or answer better than the technician on the job. The EC may not know the dates when most things were procured at EC off head and lawyer Addison keeps on asking about dates of procurement of ballot papers. Let us say for example if Nana is in charge of a law firm will he know the dates for all the cases for his lawyers? Look, let us be fair to the old man who conducted the elections for NPP to win many times.
