She was voted there by her constituents. By whatever means she was able to convince them to vote for her, she is there by right. As to whether she follows parliament's disciplinary procedures and the rules of the hours, it is a matter for the Speaker and the whips to handle.
There are clearly some members of parliament who are not disciplined and yes, one might say should not have been elected to serve. However matters of discipline must be dealt with appropriately, but in the house. If you don't want her there, then vote her out in the constituency at the next opportunity.
