When bail is denied in Ghana NPP insults the judge personally and lie to the people that bail is a right. Hon OK is in custody, why is NPP not organising demonstrations and press conferences ? For every offence bail should be considered.
But the grant of the bail is not automatic. It can be denied on certain legitimate grounds.
