From which University did he obtain a PhD credential and what was the subject of his study? It would help us to appreciate the authority of his higher learning and how that can potentially help us as a nation.

This might have been one of the reasons why the NPP is branded a fake party. Some of their members colour themselves with fake academic laurels. Lord have mercy.

Bryan served as Reserve forces of the state of Virginia. Reserves forces are called only when needed for a particular job . They are civilians with little military training and experience

Some of these MPs even never had any real job before in their lives. How about them?
Was he vetted to become a minister? If he was, then his entire credentials were needed.

Ask for his DD-214 if he served in the US Air Force or Virginia Reservists and National Guard.
