    Any judge that overturns an election results is a useless judge. Elections are won at the polling stations and once gazatted has ended. Nothing anyone whether NPP or NDC can do about it.

    Meaning the case has travelled for almost 10 months

    The petition was filed by Kwadwo Asante, an independent candidate in the 2024 parliamentary elections. NDC did not file any petition in relation to the said elections in the Suhum Constituency. So be informed
