Elections malpractice in Ghana are caused mainly by political parties members not electoral officers.Therefore elections officers cannot be held accountable or blamed
I support your point. In fact, they should be made to face the law for their carelessness
The collateral damage should affect the EC Chairperson if she is indifferent to the actions of her subordinates.
