  Forgive him. He knows not what he is doing. He is just a simple case of bad upbringing. He compares his colleague members of parliament to his rascally associates at Chorkor where he was brought up. Even the Speaker does not use the extremely rude and vulgar words "shut up" when addressing members of the house. It is offensive and unacceptable to use in respectable society. Or, am I thinking too highly of the current parliament?
