When a civil or public servant vary the findings of a committee and effect a harsh punishment on the person who was punished with a lesser punishment that civil or public servant will be summarily dismissed because he breached what the disciplinary procedures of a particular institution says.
When a private concern breached the disciplinary procedures of the organization by varying the findings of a disciplinary committee, the punishment that the disciplinary committee issued shall be replaced with what the managing director capriciously issued.
That is a private entity, so the managing director shall go by the ruling of the court but in that instance will not be summarily dismissed.
That is how the enforcement of disciplinary punishments in the public and private sector differs.
