Diplomatic Relations: to strengthen ties.

Global Summits and Conferences: International gatherings.

Building Alliances

Promoting Economic Interests: To negotiate trade agreements etc.

Leaders also cease such opportunities to address global issues.

Ghana is no exception to these instances, and I believe that a sincere people will wish its leader well on such travels and a safe journey back after achieving what the leader set out to do to the benefit of his or her people.

As Ghanaians we should desist from such non-benefitting criticisms and work towards national growth so the President will know that even the opposition supports his or her efforts.

John Mahama, President of the Republic used a commercial flight; that is the official statement. Why should somebody waste the time of Ghanaians and that of the Deputy Chief of Staff because the individual wants to paint a false picture..not only to Ghanaians but to the world.
