Those "controversial remarks" were not only 'insinuative' and generally offensive, but also completely without reasonable/sensible logic, unbecoming of a politician of his 'standing'. A person's seniority in parliament, should not by any reasoable judgement be the yardstick for appointment to any ministerial position. Actually, he must also apologise to the President and Parliament for his conduct on that day.
