This is very simple. Why do you pay contractors additional $39m without no work done? Are the contractors not paid base on performance? At least whatever money has been expended should have brought the project to a certain level so basically the monies has been used for which we have seen nothing and therefore we need to recoup. As simple as that. No more Mr Nice Guy things. Retrieve all monies because the whole is not worth $58m.

Other notable national cathedrals include St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague, Milan Cathedral, and Florence Cathedral. You are a disciple of Hon.
