But by the culture of the parliament, you do that for budgets statements, when President or an event and few other stuffs . Afenyo-Markin tried his luck and deputy speaker ruled it out. Not big deal.

The law is about a set of rules which govern a nation, a people etc. Commonsense are no brainer issues which can be sorted out logically, which are very different from the law. If a girl starts menstruating commonsense indicates she can become pregnant, however, the law frowns on this “commonsense” setting strict age of 18 or above for such an act. The law looks at many issues for an operative law to be established. Foolish Ahiafor motherfucker idiot!
