But re-run the polling station is only the best alternative since they EC themselves are not having the pink sheets, and are relying on the parties for the pink sheets

  If the Presiding Officer for the Polling station says his station didn't record a spoilt ballot and yet there's a spoilt ballot in the scanned copy that the NPP presented, it renders the whole document as null and void regardless of how correct the other data is.
  But per Bossman Asare's logic, they can still go ahead and use the other figures on the sheet since those are correct.
  He forgets the fact that since there are figures on the sheet that are inconsistent to what the Presiding Officer has, then there's a clear case of tampering which raises suspicion on all the other documents.
