Thank you, Ogyatanaa. Please educate him on his gullibility and lack of knowlege. EOCO has the same status as police when it comes to arrests and detentions, but while the police need arrest warrant from the courts to effect any arrest, EOCO does not need to go to the courts for a warrant, it's mandated to issue her own warrant for any arrest and detention. Wuntumi could be kept at EOCO for weeks without bail, and that does not violate his right, as Kwarteng erroneously want us to believe.
The 48hr rule regarding bails and bonds only apply to arrests, and or detentions without warant.
