Repackaging and repositioning will not help people or organisations improve performance. What helps is a complete change of mentality, from serving politicians and political parties to serving tax payers, the people. Akufo Addo politicised all appointees and state institutions so much so that they became his personal properties, meanwhile we pay their salaries. If Mahama wants to be successful he must resist changing all personnel appointed by the previous administration. Some should go although because they are too stuck with previous administration, eg the CJ and the EC.

In fighting corruption, we've to build institutions against it, and institution like the Eoco, should be non-political.
