Do away with the hopeless Council of State. How many advisers does the President need to take a decision. We have the Parliament, the cabinet, the numerous presidential advisers at the Presidency, the National House of Chiefs, etc. No need for an expensive Council of State. Sometimes we overdo things in Ghana.
