  The former Defence Minister, was making serious points about the sale of military land under NDC, to private developers like Chain Homes. That is why his microphone was deliberately sabotaged. He said would be writing to the ORAL team to investigate. My problem with his speech was why as Defence Minister, for 8 years he did not take action & retrieve these lands for the military?
