Rawlings etc all had no qualifications when they were in politics or even now?One don't need loads of degrees to be effective to contribute to national goal.We have thrown away the key qualities of human beings like honesty,hardwork, principle and loyalty and allowing individuals to go and BUY Certificates just to get their way thru.I am not encouraging illiteracy but what I know is ppl with just the basic of education have led their countries elsewhere out of poverty whilst we are relying on Criminals with Masters degrees and PhDs which is not leading us anywhere.

I tell you the IQs of some of these men and women you are referring to are higher than the PhD holders and professors that your party boast of. Let this boy Divine Nkrumah make a full disclosure of the PhD certificates that the leaders of his party may have. As has been pointed out elsewhere even a Dutch passport is more valuable than the Legon Certificates that Divine Nkrumah holds. Nonsense
