She unconstitutionally constituted panels by transferring and threatening judges not in favour of the case. She recommended justices to the supreme court and court of appeal to the president which is an interference and favouritism against the law of equality and Judicial independence. She and Dampare will be investigated and sacked. The supporting evidence against her is shocking. Fyi, why did Akuffo removed Charlotte Osei EC and nothing happened? You must be dreaming who is the CJ against a President orders...if she doesn't want to see the disgrace that would follow then she should better resigned coz when the evidence backed Petitions and demonstrations demanding her removal begin she will be overwhelmed.

Take the case of Charlotte Osei for instance, the petition was similarly leaked to the press, riddled with errors and yet was processed by Nana Addo very swiftly. At that time, when Charlotte begged the presidency for a copy of the petition to enable her respond and she was grudgingly served, it became known that the petition had no material evidence in support, yet she was processed and removed very swiftly. Now today, see what Nana Addo is saying, dismissing a better supported petition. Thanks to Ghanaians for telling him their piece of mind at the ballot box!!
