Because when you tell lies so much and so often, it gets to a point where you begin to believe that you are actually telling the truth, at that point nothing can change your mind, and it would be very difficult even for a lie detector machine to prove you wrong - it is only humans (around you) who know that you are telling lies. So let the NPP continue to believe their own lies, they are the ones who would continue to suffer the consequences - like they just did in the elections

Show us how well you can run a country by creating jobs, fostering an environment where small businesses can thrive, managing collected revenues effectively, and reducing corruption. That would be more impressive than building 200 hospitals without enough health personnel to run them. Cut all the waste.
