Firstly these mastercraftmen should be supported with modern equipment on hire purchase basis or redeem thier fees through the equipment
Secondly find jobs for this young people after graduation

Going to the IMF, injunction was placed on him not to hire any government worker, and it was under his watch that a group known as "Unemployment graduate association" was formed. Mahama did absolutely nothing for the jobless, but he is now talking as if all the youth in Ghana were working before, he left office.
NABCO beneficiaries were being paid till NDC turn those people into political pawns and their allowances were cancelled. As president, you created nothing for the youth who were jobless.
