This will not work. Declaration is done at the Constituency collation centre not national . If the NPP candidate think he has been cheated then he should go to court.

I thought the law state that Parliamentary results are declared at the constituency collation center and same pasted on the notice board for public consumption. Was this declaration meet the directives?

2. NDC will like to go by the rules.
My problem with the NDC is that if you know you will go by the law that if a retaining officer declared a result and you disagree the best thing is to go court, why then agreed to come to Accra for another collation and possibly declaration? NDC shouldn't have participate in that in Accra.
