The only time a Presidential election was rigged in Ghana was 1992 & 1996 when Adu Boahene and Kufour lost to JJ Rawlings. We all saw a bloated register being used by the then EC to run an election.
Please, stop this whining. It is up to you to ensure that the EC does its duty correctly.
