How many years of study, research, and attachment should one be involved to become an expert in any aspect of the study of Computers? Don’t think it is harvesting Cassava. It entails a lot. Let us stop assuming titles that we don’t deserve and have not worked for. At best, Akatapore can be an expert in the killing and murder of innocent people. And such a horrible thing was once among those who ruled Ghana with Efo Togbe Jeremiah John Rawlings. No wonder Ghana is still backward. When it comes to Computers, Alolga Akatapore knows next to nothing. His specialty is helping kill innocent Ghanaians.

Whatever the EC is doing now is purely Manual only about 5% is on-line. Even then they have a backup for that 5% online work.As you said Kwasi Pratt is Empty and doesn't follow what the EC has been saying.

Food for thought:The election can easily be rigged via cyberattacks if vulnerabilities exists in the EC’s system.Have the EC done a recent Penetration tests or a security risk assessment as whole on its systems.Have the findings been remediated or risks mitigated?What assurances do we have that the controls in place are strong enough to prevent,detect,respond and recover from the attacks of election threat actors.Physical security as important as it is ,in todays world and as seen in the Russian-Ukraine war and more so in recent democratic election ,results have a been susceptible to unconventional warfare such as altering data in transit before it gets to the destinations.Typical example was in the 2016 when NPP brought in Joseph Anokye to assist to ensure the integrity of such data and he was the NCA Director during 2020 elections where the EC commissioner made a lot of errors in her declaration .NCA and the EC needs to assure Ghanaians that the election results data will be secured in transit and even at rest(stored).Data needs to be encrypted with strong encryption keys whiles in transit from the pollen stations to the collation centers. The integrity of this data needs to be checked by the various party to certify that this has not been modified.
