Running into childish tantrums will not help your cause at all. This situation is not only dire for the fortunes of both the NPP and its PC candidate in the scheme of the current elections but it also presents a watershed for the future of the multiparty system.

I understand that should the proper legal processes against Lydia Alhassan go unobstructed by the powers that be, she faces the possibility of a prison sentence. This is how tragic it could turn out to be for her. The NPP should rally and have a discreet tete-a-tete with reps of the other Parties in that constituency to salvage the situation - only with the intention of avoiding the criminalization of the NPP candidate.

This is where the unprecedented and reckless misrule has taken the current govt - gross and careless impunity as exhibited by Sage above.
