Don't believe everything you hear or read. Political leaders in the country are stoking up social disturbance by making wild allegations. "Ballot stuffing" "Ballot swapping " are all lies. On the voting day no rigging is possible.
You can rig elections but you cannot rig the voting. Rigging elections means manipulating the processes of administering the elections. The voting itself cannot be rigged. It is the lack of understanding of this fact that leads political leaders to make such wild allegations. Don't forget voting is an event. Elections is a process.

You may be able to put people who are unqualified to vote in the register but even at that stage the party reps are present and can challenge suspicious inclusions.
