  Madam, please, try to stay in your lane and stop mixing oil and water together. Before NPP came into office, how many factories were operating in Ghana? The fact that the policy was "named 1D1F" does not mean every district will have a factory. Let me add that all the factories that came under the policy does not belong to the government rather the private sector.
  
  As we speak, Ghana has over 200 factories in various part of the country which wasn't like that so, to question the rationale behind the policy a partisan posture.
  
  Now, my question to you is, is 24-hour economy a policy? If yes, just explain it to your audience because you have the podium.
