@ YSL, you have to pay for the NHS to run so that when you fall sick, you can be treated free of charge. That is what we do here in the uk. We pay our national insurance in order to maintain our free medical care.

It is as if under Mahama when there was no world crisis the cedi was stable. Kuffour left the Cedis 1.2 to Dollar and as at January 2017 the rate has depreciated almost 400% to 4.7 to the dollar.

What is more important to Ghanaians isn't the Health scheme not functioning like it should in the past. What is important to Ghanaians is an economic conditions that will make them healthy like monies to buy nutritional foods which will prevent sicknesses so as to use the NHIS for treatment and less financial stress from the economy downward spiral to make people sick. Now even if they fall sick like normal humans do,, what the Ghanaian wants is an economic condition to make it possible to afford some medications for themselves or their loved ones who may be sick, and not covered by the Health Scheme what is an effective health scheme when the current economic situation, caused by the same Bawumia who is Head of the Economic Management Team is a total disaster and making more Ghanaians break down in sickness and stress and dying? An efficient health scheme can't help that because of huge numbers all being sick as they are no facilities to treat all of them.. what is an effective health scheme, when certain drugs not covered by the scheme can't be purchased by the average afflicted Ghanaian because BAWULIAR had wrecked the economy and the exchange has tumbled with the cedi kaput to the dollar so drugs are too much expensive to buy like we are in a war torn country. So whatever BAWULIAR talks about isn't important because the economy has been destroyed by him which means Ghanaians are dying indirectly everyday and an efficient health scheme is not important in an economy totally destroyed.. So that's why Ghanaians will end their sufferings on 7th December and send Bawumia back to where he came from
