If the Supreme Court cannot intervene in the activities of Parliament then where is the check and balances? Who then checks the parliament? Is the parliament God? I hate to hear this. Even the President is not above reproach.

Neither the SC nor executive is above the law. All arms are accountable to the 1992 constitution. No one can encroach on the powers given to the other under this constitution. The Unanimous FC should go and sit in parliament ...

Bagbin, Cletus Avoka, Gen. Mosquito, etc were part of the writers of this constitution. Where was the prostitute Torkonoo. Afenyo Markin was just a toddler in 1991 when the writing of this constitution began and the referendum was conducted in April 1992.
