Can you imagine how Accra will be, if all these over three hundred MPs are given the right to use sirens?

Alban Bagbin is the cause of this. He abused the motorcade privilege, and this caused anger in the people. In future, we can revisit this and possibly revise it when a reasonable speaker is elected

Who asked you to be MPs? Are you not the same people who were kissing babies and washing women's clothes in public for votes? Did you tell the people that you would become pocket kings and queens and boss over them? Naniama.

Am going to have a large scotch following this LI. When are these over-pampered lot going to stop winging. Tro tro operators, market women, labourers, office workers etc whose blood n sweat make the country tick all have to leave home early to get to work. Why can’t these greedy b’stards do same? The Speaker n the Chief Justice don’t deserve this privilege. The Speaker in particular has too many undeserved privileges. Talking abt moaning MPs, if the work is difficult why would some of them even sell their Grandma to get elected. If you can’t stand the heat get the out of the kitchen.
