Remember democracy as handed down to us by America and it's Western allies is a package of stregent rules and regulations. It's therefore not given room to any actor to choose from the rules what pleases him, while sidestepping those considered unfavorable. If elections give you legitimacy as president, then nobody has any cause to abuse proper processes to electing a president and claim it's normal. Truth is one and there's also no parallel truth. Just as choice can make you win, the same choice can make you lose. We must respect this and that's the position of NDC, otherwise JM would not have handed over peacefully in 2016. Just note.

A clear violation of the law was breached and yet this same peace council looked on unconcerned when these atrocities were committed.
