NDC must also bow their heads in shame for contributing to this ponzi scheme budget. We have been borrowing for the next generation to pay. Akufo Addo's government is suffering because of loans taken from previous years. He has to borrow to pay loans. Mahama suffered because of previous loans. It was Mahama's time that I heard of taking loans to pay off loans.
