  What a load of elephantshit. Bawumia and his NPP government have not been able to deliver on their promise of cheap village dams, so how can he even achieve the huge task of alleviating poverty in rural communities? If Bawumia knows how alleviate poverty in rural areas, why has he not made that proposal to his NPP government in the seven years that he has been Vice-President of Ghana?
