One person has bought it and is now claiming ownership over it, so it belongs to him, his children's and their children,and your peanut heas is asking u to banish the one exposing the rot rather? For some reason if the state is unable to use it for the particular project the state has to give the land back to the chiefs/ families. Therefore, the chiefs/families should demand such lands from the state and stop the state from selling such lands.
