You are rather stupid and foolish for insulting a person who wants a better future for you and your children and their children, Unlike Bryan Acheampong, he's isn't fighting to keep the land to or for himself, but for the land rather to belong to your stupid self, your family and every other Ghanaian, so you see, you are very foolish to call him stupid because of politics that u don't even directly benefit in anyway, that makes you the more stupid. Anyway to my point, John Mahama is a builder and not a destroyer like Akuffo Addo, John Mahama gets for the nation and don't rather sell, that's the difference btwn the NDC and Npp. If you have brains in your head, U can even use Victoria Hammah as a practical example, that girl even as a deputy minister, was praying that she got one million dollar someday in life, so she gave up on politics entirely, even Akufo Addo's presidential staffers today, have millions of dollars in their accounts, I haven't forgotten the girl who had four hundred thousand Euros in her purse, the guy whose wife leaked the assets and properties he owns etc So u fools can try to equalize, but those of us who actually have brains in our heads will always treat it with the contempt it deserves and expose u when need be.

ISN’T HE AFRAID OR JUST BEING ETHNOCENTRIC FOR REFUSING TO NAME THE GA CHIEFS BEHIND THE SALES AND DEMOLITIONS?

Your Ablakwa is not blowing any alarm. He is being covetous. Ask him about the background of the persons who are selling these lands. Listen to me — You these NDC morons who are supporting Ablakwa’s obvious attacks on people of Akan descent in the Government.

These lands that are coming under contention between various parties, in some cases the government of Ghana as well as some diplomatic communities in Ghana were leased to the colonial government under various terms of conditions and years of occupancy. Some were leased for hundred years, others fifty years— depending on the circumstances stated or spelled under the terms of the lease. So now most of these leases have lapsed and the lands are due to be released to the various families.

If Ghanaians remember how the same Ablakwa and their NDC propaganda outfit brought similar allegations against some members of the NPP in respect to the Achimota Forest reserve lands, when it turned out that the families who leased most of these lands have taken over the lands after the terms of the leases were expired.
So now the Ga chiefs and families involved in the sales of these lands are selling the lands after the terms of agreement of occupancy have expired.

The problem our government is facing is that the truth is not being told by Ablakwa and his team, especially in an election year like this one. So now I challenge Ablakwa to name the seller of the land in question if he can, because he is afraid to take on the Ga chiefs and families who are selling their land after the government of Ghana failed to renegotiate the terms of the agreements. MAHAMA’s government was supposed to renew the agreement, so why didn’t he? Though the government of Akuffo-Addo is trying but due to the extreme bureaucracy situation in Ghana, the process has become very slow and daunting. And the Chiefs who are presenting authentic legal documents to the unsuspecting buyers keep selling their lands. There are other people and businesses who bought some of these lands, but because they are not in the NPP or Akans , Sekakan Ablakwa is not interested to name them.
