NAPO was born in Ghana , had all his education from primary school through the university in Ghana , went in the be a dentist , has been an MP and held two different ministerial positions under Akuffo Addo and for him to denigrate Dr Kwame Nkrumah is not done due to naïveté but his wife intrinsic hatred for Kwame Nkrumah as it has been demonstrated by Akuffo Addo. It seems this hatred for Nkrumah is in the veins of all the hierarchy of the NPP .

The only aspect of Napo's speech that did not go down well with me was the use of the phrase "your Kwame Nkrumah otherwise he said not wrong with what he thinks which I agree with him in many aspects.
We all need to hear the debate but mind you he was talking about developmental projects and not the old story of Pan-Africanism and fighting for independence.
Also we will like to know the achievements of governors like John Macklin, Gurgisberg, sir Charles Noble Aiden Clark etc before Nkrumah took over. Sammy Gyamfi has demonstrated a great ignorance by given credit to Nkrumah for some universities built before Nkrumah took over so this debate will actually clear the mith surrounding the achievements of Nkrumah. I am also wondering why a man believed to have achieved that much party could sink to the extent that it is virtually non-existent except to come out and defend past achievements; this too we must debate it

Nana Addo inherited a highly indebted Ghana with Population of 32 million. Nkrumah only gave free SHS to children in the north, in a population of 5 million. Nana Addo is giving free SHS to all Ghana children in a population of 32 million.
