  Agbe but Akufo Addo is not the Returning Officer for the presidential aspirants so on what authority is he to accept the outcome of the elections. Whatever the EC declares is final and Akufo Addo has nothing to do about it or change it. He is a foregone.with only 5 months left for him to produce baby serpents like Cecilia Dapaah. Nana Addo is only afraid of accountability as a Chief Clearing Agent when his party fizzle out after the elections.
