  you need to take a key decision to restructure the country democratic pillars to make sure our democracy functions with all circumstances.
  Ghana system of democracy is an indirect autocracy if some powers are not taken away from the executive president.
  parliament which suppose to be the watchdog to the executive has become and extension of executive powers, - because the president dictate who become the speaker that makes the speaker an indirect appointee from the president .
  like Aside Nketia said, - IGP who is the boss of police force is under the minister of interior and the veep. how could such an IGP functions very well when the Government is dictating her interest with him ?
  EVERYBODY SHOULD BE REMINDED THAT Democracy without functional police force cannot uphold rule of law
