are still so fresh that the equalisation rhetoric of Nana Akumia cannot hold water. For, whilst MAHAMA took pragmatic actions to actualize his measured promises because he was in charge; Bawumia on the other hand has been rabble-rousing without capacity to either influence policy direction or have had his concepts unrealistic and impractical in givernanace. Unfortunately, he has even woefully failed to make a mark in economic policy around which the aura of economic wizardry and "messiahship" were conceptialized by Akudo-Addo and the NPP. The noisy and sloganeering promises of both candidates especially in the 2016 electioneeing campaign were so weighty to have exposed imbalances in the ineptitude of the NPP as boastful and empty as their clarion call: " we was have the men" has been decimated as a far cry from reality--Dr.
Bawumia inclusive. It's therefore not surprising that Bawumia is jittery and having worries when his out-classed promises are played to his hearing. Glad to note that he at least still has a sceptre of conscience to trigger shame
in the falsehoods he and the NPP propagated against JDM. This shall continue to trigger their nemesis of political failures within the context of bad governance; unwanton greed; unbriddled corruption-with -impunity; nepotism; arrogance and disrespect to the popular sovereignty of Ghanaians, etc. The day of reckoning and accountability would surely come and hopefully every corrupt element in this NPP administration would have the opportunity to expiate their sins against the peoole of Ghana when found culpable.
