According to credible records and reports, it has been revealed that Mr. Danquah and one Nana Kofi Frempong and Nana Kwaku Otchere, in his capacity as CEO and his personal assistants, are involved in unethical practices within contract awarding processes.
Shockingly, he and his aides demands a hefty 30% cash cut before granting contracts to vendors. This gross misconduct blatantly violates the principles of fairness, integrity, and transparency that should govern such proceedings.
In a country committed to upholding the rule of law and combating corruption, it is imperative that individuals involved in such wrongdoing face severe consequences for their actions. The evidence against Mr. Danquah and his aides are staggeringly clear, demanding immediate legal action to prosecute them for their corrupt practices. If this government doesn't get them jail, the next government should do everything possible to have them accountable to their involvement in sole sourcing awards of contracts in order to take pay cut.

It is regrettable that, under Opoku Danquah, Nana Kofi Frempong, Nana Kwaku Otchere and Yaw Ackonor leadership, the GNPC has seemingly experienced a significant decline in performance and reputation. From recent reports and mounting allegations, it is becoming increasingly clear that Mr. Danquah will go down in history as one of the worst, corrupt, and incompetent CEOs the GNPC has ever witnessed.
It is disheartening to witness the potential misappropriation of funds, sole sourcing and the failure to effectively oversee contracts and operations under Mr. Danquah's watch. The consequences of such actions reverberate across our society, hindering progress, and eroding public trust in our institutions.
The next government should ensure that Opoku Danquah and his aides Nana Kofi Frempong, Nana Kwaku Otchere and Yaw Ackonor are persecuted at the high Court.

My disappointment regarding the leadership of Opoku Danquah as the CEO of GNPC (National Oil Company).
It is disheartening to witness the consequences of appointing individuals solely based on their familial connections and not merit. Opoku Danquah is one of the biggest mistakes of Nana Addo government.
Opoku Danquah will undoubtedly go down in history as one of the most incompetent and corrupt CEOs to lead GNPC. The consequences of his actions, or rather, lack of action, are evident and damaging. The dire implications resulting from his mismanagement and questionable decision-making are felt throughout the company and beyond.
it is disconcerting to witness the influence of his close advisors, Nana Kwaku Otchere, Nana Kofi Frempong, and Yaw Ackonor. Instead of providing diligent advice and guidance, they seem to perpetuate an environment of misconduct and malpractice. It is my firm belief that their actions will not go unnoticed, and when a new government comes into power in 2025, the laws of Ghana will hold them accountable.

We shall not sit down for any cruel individuals who for their own interest would want to destroy a good man like O.A Danquah. Any attempt to remove him from shall not see the day light. He will finish whatever assignment he’s begun and Ghana shall be proud of him one day.
Sir, the youth in the party have your support and will not sit down for your hard earned reputation to be dented in any way.

Mr. Opoku Danquah, the CEO of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), has come under fire recently for his apparent lack of understanding of basic principles of governance, finance audit, and public sector processes. It has been observed that Mr. Danquah's actions and decisions at GNPC have raised serious concerns about his competence and integrity.
One of the most alarming aspects of Mr. Danquah's leadership at GNPC is his apparent focus on personal gain rather than the best interests of the organization. It has been alleged that he has been involved in unethical practices, such as taking a 30% pay cut from every transaction the corporation is involved in. This behavior is not only shameful but also disgraceful, as it goes against the principles of transparency and accountability that are essential in the public sector.
Mr. Danquah's actions suggest a fundamental misunderstanding of governance, finance audit, and public sector processes. It is clear that he lacks the necessary expertise and knowledge to effectively lead an organization like GNPC. His incompetence and questionable ethics make him unsuitable for any leadership position, let alone the CEO of a major corporation.
It is truly concerning that someone with such a poor track record and lack of understanding of essential principles has been allowed to hold a position of authority at GNPC. Serious organizations would never consider employing someone like Mr. Danquah as their CEO, as his actions and behavior are not only detrimental to the organization but also damaging to its reputation.
it is evident that Mr. Opoku Danquah is not fit to lead GNPC or any other reputable organization. His actions, lack of understanding, and unethical behavior have brought shame and disgrace to both himself and the corporation.
It is imperative that he be held accountable for his actions and steps be taken to ensure that someone more competent and ethical is appointed to lead GNPC in the future.

Headline: GNPC Senior Staff Rubbish Reports Of Disquiet Against Management.
The Executives of the Senior Staff Association of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), have rejected as worthless, media reports suggesting a disquiet in the Corporation.
The Association further described as “false”, claims of a potential demonstration against management following an alleged move by the Chief Executive Officer, A-O Danquah to have his salary increased.
A release issued by the Association to the staff on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, to notes “…the leadership is not aware of any issues or grievances that would necessitate such potential demonstrations as mentioned in the said publications and it should be dismissed in no uncertain terms.”
“Furthermore, the SSA leadership would like to clarify that the individual referred to by the name ‘Norbert Gbogbotsi’ in the publication is not a staff of the Corporation and not
recognized by our association, nor does his assertions represent the views or positions of the SSA in any capacity,” the release indicated.
It added:” The mention of this individual’s name and the association of such a person with the SSA is completely erroneous and misleading.”
According to the statement, the SSA leadership takes pride in maintaining open lines of communication with GNPC management and the board, in addressing any concerns of their members through established internal channels.
They are, therefore, “committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment for all staff,” it states.
“We would like to mention the cordial relationship existing between Staff and Management which has resulted in the signing of the improved Conditions of Service.
“We believe that working together has not only been beneficial to both parties but has also contributed to the overall welfare and development of all,” the SSA assured the staff.
