No driver can make money if the mate is useless. It's the duty of the mate to shout and look for passengers whenever they are. Be it at the station or on their way from station to station. It's the duty of the mate to collect the right fare and give the right change to passengers in the car. If the mate is the lazy type and sleep off the driver can never make money because he cannot drive and look for passengers at same time. The mate is the one keeping the money so he account for all monies collected. If the mate is thief the driver cannot succeed in making money because driver can never know the amount collected within the day. The mate has more responsibility than the driver. The only function of the driver is to ensure he doesn't get accident in the cause of their money making. So Bawumia was a lazy mate that's why things didn't work for Ghana. Lazy mate cannot be a good driver tomorrow.
