John Jinapor is a Colossus when it comes to the energy sector. I can't fathom how Richard Ahiagbah can schedule Agyapa Mercer to come to a debate against this powerhouse of economic and energy guru. Agyapa is no doubt a legal luminary when it comes to the law. But he is bereft of the workings of the sector he has been assigned. How do you not know the difference between installed capacity, optimal capacity, excess capacity and available capacity and still call yourself a deputy minister of energy. And did I hear him quote voodoo figures from energy commission? Another square peg in round hole, when Boakye Agyarko is in the fold.

Did Ghanaian payer paid for those generators that never generated power?

It's very naive of NPP to think that the dumsor problem was caused by a mere lack of funds to purchase fuel for generators. How simplistic! No wonder they still don't have an appreciation of the problem and sinking the countr ...
