But the national elections is funded by the taxpayer, and I don't understand why spend on indelible ink when the biometric devices are already taking care of that purpose. Indelible was relevant when we had no technology to monitor things. Now we have invested alot in tech and you still want as to hold old unproductive ways. NDC can't take Ghana nowhere with this archaic mentality. These simple things are part of economic management. Think, NDC!
