Is this democracy. Vote buying and the requirement to turn a secret ballot into provide me with evidence that you voted for me. The Police can can use the picture as evidence and call whoever this fool voted for to question him as to why his supporters need to take pictures to prove to him they voted for him. Did he pay them? Where did he get his money from.
