You’re a ‘pillar of hope, peacemaker, unifier’ – NPP Nasara Coordinator celebrates Chief Imam

National Coordinator of Nasara, a wing of the governing New Patriotic Party, has commended the National Chief Imam, Osmanu Nuhu Sharabutu on the occasion of the latter’s 101st birthday anniversary.

There has been an outpour of messages from different quarters, with President Akufo-Addo and vice Bawumia leading the charge.

Abdul Aziz Haruna Futa taking cue penned an emotional message to the Muslim leader, describing him as a “pillar of hope, a peacemaker, a unifier, a spiritual leader and above all exhibited the love for humanity.”

“Your leadership qualities are worth emulating…. on behalf of the New Patriotic Party, I wish you a happy birthday,” part of his statement reads.

The National Chief Imam, Osmanu Nuhu Sharabutu was born on April 23, 1919.

The influential Muslim leader is also an acclaimed Islamic Instructor and Philanthropist.
